This is a sketch variety show loosely tied to the theme of anxiety and general awkwardness in life through sketches, videos and characters. Lauren and Shannon will tackle big themes - including how we romanticize mental illness but use the word "crazy" to describe light quirks - and dumb social embarrassments - including shaking someone's fist because they went in for a fist bump. The tame sketches are still imbued with absurdity, and the absurdist sketches take us right into the mind of someone who hasn't been to therapy in 20 weeks.
