Scary Island is a reading of a word-for-word theatrical adaptation of the “The Real Housewives of New York” episode “Sun, Sand and Psychosis.” The play takes place in the fallout of the 2008 financial crisis and follows a group of wealthy New York women vacationing in the Virgin Islands. Just as the fun turns up and the group unwinds, one of the women enters psychosis and ignites mass hysteria with her delusions of culinary semantics, amateur photography, and even conspiracies of murder.

Must be 21+ to attend. No outside alcohol is allowed in the space.
There are 60 seats - first come, first serve - and then standing room up to capacity.
All ticket sales are final - no refunds. If you must miss your show, email us at info@brooklyncc.com with at least 24 hours notice and we can transfer your tickets to any upcoming show at the BCC. Answers to most other questions can be found here.
If show is sold out, limited tickets will be available at the door.
If you (ticketholder) are not checked in at showtime, we may sell your ticket to the standby list. In the event you show up late and the theater is at capacity, you can email info@brooklyncc.com to transfer your credit to a different show on our schedule.
