Terrance Taylor is a world-renowned obituary writer most famous for his 2007 obituary of Evel Knievel. After an accident leaves him in critical condition, his much younger colleagues face the daunting task of writing an advance obituary as they await the news of his fate, all while grappling with their ambitions, an office-snack drought, and trying to process a grief that is both ambiguous and unsettlingly personal. As they scramble to honor a man who defined the art of the obituary, one question lingers: will they craft a send-off worthy of the world’s greatest obituary writer? Or will they crash and burn like Evel Knievel at Wembley Stadium?
